Updates
07.25.2008 - It's been a long time...
Alright, so I still have not exchanged my laptop. I need to get on that ASAP, I know. Things have come up and rescue attempts of my hard drive occurred and failed.
I will be back very soon with a brand new laptop. I am planning to update the look of the site because I lost the original design. So expect a new look, new content, and a better system.
Cheers

07.05.2008 - Short and Sad...
Good news first: Free Hugs Campaign - Guelph was a success. I would like to thank Garret and Jordan for coming out to give out free hugs. I know a lot of people really needed on. That woman in the wheelchair, Jordan. Good job on that bud. Touched a lot of people's lives today, figuratively and literally.
Bad news: Well, I don't have a laptop right now. The hard drive in my Macbook appears to be scratched badly, which occurred during a two minute drive, while it was in a case. So I am getting it replaced this week. Until then I won't be updating the site.
The worst part about this is all of the irreplaceable data that hadn't been backed up at that point. Tragedy I know. See you later this week.

07.04.2008 - July Update Part II
Ok, so I didn't have too much time to update everyone on this week yesterday so.. here we go.
Tuesday was Canada Day, sadly I had to work that morning so I ended up doing nothing all day. I really just didn't have the energy and I had to get some posters done for this weekend.
I then spend Wednesday afternoon working on two website designs. One for a new catering company for a friend at work that can be seen here: www.nnjoi.com/dpcater/. As well as a design for a mate on the forums who is setting up a hosting service. Both of these designs will be in the portfolio page very soon.
On Thursday I spent a large part of my afternoon painting more posters (five in all) and working on archiving this blog I have going on, as well as finalizing plans for the weekend.
Now today, Independence Day (Congratulations to the USA), I am all ready to go for tomorrow! Free Hugs Campaing - Guelph will be operating tomorrow, all day in Guelph! I'm excited because (a) I haven't been to Guelph since school let out for the summer, and (b) because I get to see some old friend and meet new ones, all while giving out Free Hugs for a great cause!.
So, tomorrow when you are thinking to yourself, "Am I forgetting something today?"... Go hug someone, a relative, a friend, a neighbour or even a complete stranger. It doesn't matter who or how many. It's about making that person's day! Spread the joy, the world can use a little extra!
That's that for my personal life. In other news I'm revising some things for this site. I need to get better at PHP before I can do a lot of the work but I want to make this page more like a blog than it is now. Serverside, user side would remain basically the same. I am also looking into making a webdesign page wiith links to the websites I have worked on.
I will still be colecting my work for some time before it all goes online so you will have to hold out for that, and starting monday I will be working on a new website for Free Hugs Campaign - Guelph. It will have user logins and the whole bit to allow huggers to stay in touch and keep planning.
To all of the Free Hug Campaigns operating tomorrow I say good luck and virtual hug from Guelph!!

07.03.2008 - July Update
This past week was a busy one! Canada Day on Tuesday (Happy Birthday Canada!), and preparing for Free Hugs Campaign this weekend has kept me busy, along with work and website jobs.
I haven't had too much time to update nnjoi.com but I plan to get on top of it in the coming week. I'm still collecting all of my work to take pictures and organize where to put it on the website.
I'll be back later with an update and possibly a new website. Nnjoi.
